When you order extra-large grilled kalchi, the pieces are thick and the size of your hand, and have an exquisite texture that is firm and tender. The kalchi-jjigae (hairtail stew) with a doenjang (soybean paste) base has a light and refreshingly spicy taste and is also popular.
