Travel Busan (travel-busan.org) is a travel information site run from Busan, Korea. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Questions by email — your email address, your question, and anything optional you add (name, travel dates, where you stay). We use them only to answer you.
• Q&A board — the name, title and text you post, and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password. Public posts can be read by anyone; private posts only by you and our team.
• My trip lists — only the place codes you save. No name, no email. Anyone with the link can see and edit the list.
• Server logs — your IP address is kept briefly to stop spam and abuse.

How long we keep it

• Email questions: deleted 1 year after you send them.
• Board posts: until you or we delete them.
• Trip lists: deleted 2 months after the last change.

Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from robots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Maps

Maps are shown with OpenStreetMap. Direction buttons open Google Maps, Naver Map or KakaoMap, which have their own privacy policies.

We never

sell your information, send you advertising emails, or share it with anyone except as needed to answer you or when the law requires it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, contact us. We handle requests under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.
