About
The Busan National Gugak Center showcases traditional performances that embody the spirit of the Yeongnam Region in Busan, as well as other music from the eight national provinces to represent the face of new gugak to audiences. It’s a place where a high spirited feast of gugak performances is conducted to the beautiful traditional melody all year round. The center is an open space for Busan citizens to enjoy the essence of Gugak in their daily lives through the performance of indoor regular shows, outdoor pungmul shows, and gugak experience programs for all to participate.
