On a spring day full of warmth and new life, the Yongdusan Park is busy putting together the Joseon Tongsinsa Festival Parade Reenactment. The Joseon Tongsinsa is a large peace envoy dispatched to Japan during the Joseon Dynasty. In addition to officials bearing the message of the sovereign, Japan requested the dispatch of doctors, painters, and acrobats.
