This wild-caught sashimi restaurant is a local favorite because their fish is so fresh. When you order sashimi, you are also served a variety of seafood and tempura. In Busan, it is customary to dip sashimi in ssamjang (soybean paste), and you can make sushi by placing sashimi on sushi rice. They serve maeuntang (spicy fish soup) and steamed fish as part of your meal.
