We always look for the best online price — usually cheaper than in store. - Reservation

- Tickets
- Ticket price + ₩5,000–10,000 service fee
You pay only after we confirm it is possible. Payment in Korean won (KRW) by PayPal.
Delivery: we first check that your hotel accepts parcels (addressed to your name in English + check-in date). If it doesn’t, we deliver to a place we arrange with you.
Cancellation & refund
- Shopping: cannot be canceled once ordered (defects follow the seller’s policy).
- Reservation: the fee is non-refundable once booked; fully refunded if the place cannot take the booking.
- Tickets: the ticket seller’s cancellation rules apply; the service fee is non-refundable.
